Die Cutting & Creasing

Die cutting transforms flat sheets into packaging, folders and wallets by cutting shapes into the material using a cutting forme. Our Heidelberg cylinder runs up to B2 size and is capable of die cutting, creasing and perforating. We source our own cutting formes that are made from supplied artwork, or we can use standing formes supplied to us.

For formes supplied to us we kindly ask for the following rule heights – die cutting 23.80 and crease 23.30.
